PUBLIC NOTICE


THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION

(NACTE)
                                              
The National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) is a statutory body established under the National Council for Technical Education Act, Cap. 129, to oversee and coordinate the provision of technical education and training in Tanzania. Under the establishing Act, all institutions are required to be registered and accredited by the Council in order to attain the status of a training provider. The Registration and Accreditation Status granted to each respective technical institution has a validity period. However, the under listed technical institutions have no valid registration status or accreditation status.    

The Council is hereby giving one (1) month notice from the date of this notice, to all technical institutions listed below whose registration or accreditation status have expired to update their status as required by the law.

Further notice is given that failure to comply with this notice shall automatically lead to revocation of all status granted by the Council and imminent closure of the technical institutions as provided for by the law.

 The Tables below provide the list of technical institutions with expired Registration Status and expired Accreditation Status.
